You can easily order and pay for our wood-crafts online at crafts.labanoris.lt.
The producer and seller of the goods presented on this site is Greta Saumane based in Kaseikiai, Lithuania.
We use a safe and secure PayPal payment getaway in our shop – you can choose if you want to pay by card or by your PayPal balance. You don’t need to create a PayPal account if you don’t want to.
The prices on the English version of this website are given in Euros, excluding VAT (we are not VAT registered). It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any occurring taxes or customs depending on the country of delivery. Please check your country’s customs information about that.
We ship our wood-crafts via Lithuanian Post. Shipping prices depend on the size of the product – for majority of the carts you will pay 9.99 Eur for sipping. On the other hand, there are several goods, big in their weight and/or dimensions, that will increase the total shipping cost to 19.99 Eur. The exact shipping prices are calculated and showed in the shopping cart.
Your goods will be shipped within 1 to 5 days if not stated otherwise. Note that we do not take responsibility for any delays that occur due to the shipping company.
Every wood-craft sold online on this website is unique as it is hand made and produced of wood. Therefore treat the pictures presented on this website just as guidelines – your product’s color and/or pattern will most likely differ to a reasonable extent.
Return of the goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product received from us, you have the right to send it back to us within 14 days from purchase and get your money back.
You do not have the right to return any goods that are made to order.
Note that you will not get a refund for the shipping costs that occurred due to the return.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
It is important that in such case you contact us at info@labanoris.lt before sending the item back to us.
